Was A&M Canada known for importing US pressed records or is my copy just a switcheroo? Mine has a Canadian sleeve but the record is a US Terre Haute pressing. Asking this because my regular Canadian copy of Catch Bull at Four by Cat Stevens is actually a US Monarch pressing inside a Canadian sleeve.

(Just as a side note - Canadian-made A&M records with US metalwork would often have 'Canada' scribed cursively in the runout)
