General rules:

• Directory editor will verify the contents of your web site before it will be available to our visitors.
• Your server must generate a valid "200 OK" response code for the URL you submit.
• Do not submit mirror sites. Mirror sites are sites that contain identical content, but have altogether different URLs.
• Do not submit URLs that contain only the same or similar content as other sites you may have listed in the directory. Sites with overlapping and repetitive content are not helpful to users of the directory. Multiple submissions of the same or related sites may result in the exclusion and/or deletion of those and all affiliated sites.
• Do not disguise your submission and submit the same URL more than once.
  Example: http://www.Siti-web-bologna.it and http://www.Siti-web-bologna.it/index.html
• Do not submit any site with an address that redirects to another address.
• Do not submit sites "under construction." Wait until a site is complete before submitting it. Sites that are incomplete, contain "Under Construction" notices, or contain broken graphics or links aren't good candidates for the directory.
• We are against certain types of content, behavior and/or products, and will not accept sites that contain this type of content. These are examples, but is not limited to:

  1. Adult-oriented content
  2. Violence, vulgarity or obscene language
  3. Excessive, duplicate or competing advertisements
  4. Content related to human suffering or death
  5. Copyright or trademark-sensitive products such as MP3 downloads, DVD backups or bootleg items
  6. Weaponry, ammunition, fireworks or explosives
  7. Gambling
  8. Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
  9. Propaganda, potentially offensive or controversial content
  10. Defamatory, libelous, threatening or other material that advocates against any individual or group
  11. The sale of hazardous substances
  12. Hacking and illegal sites for products or contents
• Don't submit sites consisting largely of affiliate links.
• Web site content must be predominantly in English or Italian.
• Do a quick search in the directory at Siti-web-bologna.it to be sure your site isn't already listed. This saves everyone time.
• You should submit a site to the single most relevant category. Sites submitted to inappropriate or unrelated categories will be rejected or removed.
• Descriptions of sites should describe the content of the site concisely and accurately. They should not be promotional in nature. Submitting a promotional description rather than an objective, well written description may significantly delay your site from being listed or prevent your site from being listed at all.
• Auto-submission software is (and always has been) a violation of this procedure. Sites submitted automatically are flagged and deleted after the submission is accepted, without notification to you. Persistent automatic submission may force us to ban you from the site, so we can send notification to the web autority or ban black list.
• An editor will review your submission to determine whether to include it in the directory. Depending on factors such as the volume of submissions to the particular category, it may take several days or more before your submission is reviewed. Please only submit a URL once. Again, multiple submissions of the same or related sites may result in the exclusion and/or deletion of those and all affiliated sites. Disguising your submission and submitting the same URL more than once is not permitted.

• Fate attenzione al vostro inserimento. Ad esempio preferite http://www.Siti-web-bologna.it a url come http://www.Siti-web-bologna.it/index.html
• Non inserite siti che hanno un indirizzo che rimanda ad un altro sito.
• Non inserite siti che sono "under construction." Verranno eliminati.
• Siamo contro certi tipi di contenuto, comportamenti e/o prodotti, e non accettiamo questi siti. Questa è una lista di esempio, anche se non si deve intendere limitata a :

  1. Contenuto per Adulti
  2. Violenza e volgarità o linguaggio osceno
  3. Pubblicità ripetitiva o eccessiva
  4. Contenuti correlati alle sofferenze umane o alla morte
  5. Copyright o trademark-sensitive products come MP3 downloads, DVD backups etc...
  6. Armamento, munizioni, fuochi d'artificio o esplosivi
  7. Gioco
  8. Droghe
  9. Propaganda, potenzialmente offensiva o di contenuto dubbio
  10. Materiale diffamatorio, minaccioso o altro che viene sostenuto contro qualsiasi persona o gruppo
  11. La vendita di sostanze pericolose
  12. Hacking e siti illegali per contenuti o prodotti
• Non inserire siti che hanno migliaia di siti affiliati
• Accettiamo solo siti in lingua Italiana ed Inglese.
• Prima di inserire il vostro sito è consigliato verificare se è già presente.
• Potete inserire il vostro sito solo nella categoria appropriata. Siti inseriti senza una categoria appropriata verrranno subito cancellati.
• La descrizione del sito deve essere concisa e precisa. Non deve avere un linguaggio promozionale.
• L'inserimento tramite robot è una violazione della procedura. Siti che richiedono un costante inserimento pur essendo respinti anche tramite auto-submission o altre forme simili verrranno bannati e segnalati alle autorità competenti e alle liste nere chiamate "black list".
• Un nostro editor controllerà il vostro sito. Occorrerà del tempo prima che il vostro sito sia visibile. Per favore inserite il vostro sito solo una volta. Inserimenti multipli dello stesso sito o di siti correlati comportano la esclusione dalla directory.
